Excellent cross-country and hour-builder! In annual (due October 2026). Complete logs since new (digital and physical copies) (Including all 337s and STCs, well organized, see photo). We've flown between Utah and Washington State, Arizona, Texas, and Oshkosh WI, among other trips. All ADs and inspections current. No corrosion. All ADs in compliance. Paint 7/10. No cracks in skin. Washed regularly. New battery (April 2026)! No bald spots or threads showing on tires (nearly new). Lycoming O-320-E2A. 140 HP. Average GPH: 7.5. New: exhaust system, shroud. Recently overhauled magneto (500 Hr). Oil change every 50 hours, no shavings ever found in oil. Cylinder compression results: 1 - 76/80; 3 - 74/80; 2 - 72/80; 4 - 74/80. Plenty of cargo space (we load multiple golf bags and gear without issue). We fly regularly, so hours will go up. Super reliable plane. We love it, but we've built our hours and time for a new owner to fly away with this gem!
